This Hemp Rope from Damn Good Rope Company is hand spun, using premium Romanian hemp yarn with a medium lay. Medium lay is a good balance between pliability and longevity. Hemp is softer than Jute; it gets even softer with use. Hemp rope has more stretch than Jute, great bite, and holds knots well. Each rope is made with care and attention to detail in a rope shop in Massachusetts.

This rope is conditioned, the highest level of finishing, making it ready to use directly out of the box. It has been broken and singed, massaged with a light coating of jojoba oil, then baked in an oven. It is also vegan!

Rope measures 30 feet long and 6mm diameter. Perfect for Shibari and all types of rope bondage. All rope comes standard with overhand knots. This rope does NOT have whipped ends.
