Go beyond Polyamory 101 Read more.
Relationships of all kinds can be beautiful and messy, energizing, and sometimes draining. When balancing multiple intimate relationships, things can become even more complex, intense, rewarding, challenging, and transformative.
In this workshop, we’ll go beyond Polyamory 101 to explore these common concerns: time management, hierarchies, jealousy, resentment, communication issues, and New Relationship Energy (NRE). You’ll learn how to identify and communicate your boundaries, discover your authentic relationship style, and get tips for navigating triggers. We’ll also address heartbreaks and transitions, along with practical tips for dating & meeting new people, coming out, and parenting while polyamorous.
Whether you’re practicing consensual non-monogamy solo or partnered, seriously considering opening up, or really feeling the highs and lows of your polyamorous journey, this class is designed for you. Join us to gain support, enhance your relational and self-healing skills, and increase your chances of success and harmony in any relationship structure.
Taught by Amory Jane, a seasoned sex educator and relationship coach with over 20 years of experience in polyamory from diverse perspectives. Please allow 2 hours for this workshop.
