She Bop Affiliate Program Procedures

1. Overview of the Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is designed to reward content creators and educators who align with our mission of promoting body-safe toys and inclusive sex education. Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on every sale generated through their unique affiliate link. This program aims to build a network of partners who share our commitment to sex positivity.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Alignment with Brand Values: Affiliates must demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity, exploration, community, enjoyment, education, and sexual empowerment. This includes content that respects gender identities, sexual orientations, race, religions, and cultural backgrounds.
• Content Quality: Affiliates should produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content that reflects She Bop’s mission and values.
• Compliance with Guidelines: All content produced by affiliates must comply with our content guidelines and expectations.

3. Application Process

1. Submission of Application: Interested individuals must complete the affiliate program application form available on our website. This form will ask for basic information, social channels, and a brief description of how the applicant's content aligns with She Bop.
2. Review Process: The affiliate management team will review applications based on the quality of content, alignment with brand values, and potential reach. This process may take up to 7 business days.
3. Approval: Approved applicants will receive an email with their unique affiliate link and access to the affiliate dashboard where you will find digital assets like our logo.

4. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 15% commission on every sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Adding Affiliate Links: Your unique code must be added to the end of every URL linking to She Bop. This tracks sales leading to your commissions. You can find a link generator in the affiliate dashboard that allows you to plug a She Bop link in and generate a new one with your code.
• Tracking Commissions: You can view your commission sales under the Transactions tab and more details under the Analytics tab.
• Payout Schedule: Commissions will be paid out the first Wednesday of every month. Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of $50 to receive payment. If the threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next month.
• Payment Methods: Payments will be made via PayPal. You can put your information through the affiliate dashboard.

5. Content Guidelines

• Accuracy and Responsibility: Content must be factually accurate and provide responsible, respectful information about our products and services.
• Inclusivity: Content should reflect our commitment to inclusivity, covering topics relevant to all genders, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.
• Tone and Language: Affiliates should use a tone that is educational, playful, and supportive. Content must avoid discriminatory language or offensive material.
• Use of Branding: Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and other promotional materials provided by our team. Any other use of our branding must be pre-approved.
• Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with our brand in their content, as required by law.

6. Promotional Strategies

• Digital Assets: She Bop will provide logos and graphics in a folder located under the Marketing Tools tab of your dashboard. For special campaigns and sales, separate graphics will be provided via email.
• Social Media: Affiliates are encouraged to share their unique links on social media platforms.
• Blog Posts and Articles: Affiliates can write blog posts, articles, or create video content that includes their affiliate link.
• Email Marketing: Affiliates may include their affiliate link in email newsletters, provided that the content is compliant with email marketing regulations and brand values.

7. Expectations and Compliance

• Positive Representation: Affiliates are expected to speak positively about She Bop in all forms of communication, whether online or offline. This includes social media posts, blog content, video reviews, and direct communications with potential customers.
• Non-Compliance: Affiliates found to be non-compliant with our guidelines will receive a warning. Repeated violations may result in termination from the affiliate program.

8. Termination of Agreement

• Voluntary Termination: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying the affiliate management team.
• Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for non-compliance with guidelines, inactivity, or any behavior that contradicts She Bop’s values. Affiliates will receive an email notification of their termination status.
• Post-Termination: Upon termination, affiliates must cease all use of our branding and promotional materials. Commissions earned before termination will be paid out as per the usual schedule.

9. Support and Contact Information

• Affiliate Support: Affiliates can contact the Affiliate Manager for any questions, support, or clarifications regarding the program.

Regular Updates: Affiliates will receive regular updates about new products, promotions, and best practices to maximize their success in the program.
